Covid-19 staff vaccinations started at Tallaght University Hospital (TUH) on 5 January 2021. Ms Louise Power (pictured), Arthroplasty Nurse Specialist, became the first staff member in TUH to receive the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine. She was vaccinated by her colleague Ms Vivienne Dick, Clinical Nurse Facilitator. The hospital plans to deliver the first dose of the vaccine to all staff within two weeks of commencement.
