A prescription for patient safety

A joint one-day conference between the RCPI and the British Pharmacological Society took place at the College’s offices at No 6 Kildare Street on Friday, 29 March. Designed to address topics directly relevant to safe prescribing now and in the future, The Future of Safe Prescribing meeting had talks on cost-effective prescribing; managing polypharmacy; precision prescribing; and electronic prescribing.
